Mechanical Design Engineer

• Performed structural chassis design for engine section and routing pipe with pump and engine. Conducted cost analysis to reduce construction waste by using marine grade plates and improved product customization of the uplifting ladder.
• Created a comprehensive 3D CAD model with detailed specifications for the manufacturing of a Dredger Machine and Emergency ladder, as well as the Pump Unit assembly for a rescue vehicle for Bangladesh Fire Service Civil Defense.

Industrial Research Intern

• Conducted a study on a car parking lift system and developed CAD model under academic guidance; completed practicum MEC-490 with defense research report "Design and Fabrication of Car Lift".
